About these terms

These terms cover the ClearDays website and its reflection and planning services, provided by Hendrik Haandrikman. Contact: support@cleardays.co. Last updated: 14 September 2026. The app licence is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is presented in the App Store.

Adult reflection, not medical care

ClearDays is for adults aged 18 and over. Articles and coaching provide general information and planning support. They do not diagnose conditions, deliver treatment or manage withdrawal. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. If you drink heavily or feel unwell when stopping, seek qualified medical advice before changing your drinking. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Free features and optional purchases

The app includes free features and optional Clarity purchases. Available features, prices, subscription periods and any eligible trials are shown before purchase. Apple charges your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the terms shown at purchase. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel them. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Availability and your records

Features depend on your device, operating system, language and app version. Apple on-device AI requires compatible hardware and settings; local guidance is provided otherwise. We do not guarantee a particular health outcome or uninterrupted availability. Keep a private backup if you need to preserve your records.

Using the content

Use ClearDays lawfully and do not misuse the service or infringe others’ rights. Website text, branding and images are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may link to articles and use the app for your personal purposes within the applicable licence. External links lead to services with their own terms.

Your rights and changes

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and consumer protections. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be described where relevant and the current terms will remain available here. Your information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
