Look at your week with curiosity, not a red pen.
Three questions to help you understand your drinking patterns without grading yourself.

Start with what actually happened
Find a quiet five minutes and look back at your entries. If a day is missing, add what you remember without filling gaps with guesses. The point is a useful record, not a flawless streak.
Ask better questions
Which evening felt easiest? When did your plan stop fitting the situation? What would you like to repeat? A note such as “Dinner with Sam helped” gives you more to work with than “Good week” or “Bad week”. Sleep, mood and stress can provide context, but one week of entries cannot prove what caused a change.
Choose one adjustment
Maybe you want an earlier dinner on Tuesday, a different route home or a conversation before Friday. Write down one adjustment you can picture doing. Keep what worked. ClearDays lets you review your calendar and set a weekly alcohol-free day goal without needing to start over.
